Just like our spas, all covers are custom made in your choice of 13 colors.  Ordering your new spa cover is as simple as calling us and choosing your color.  We will come and measure for precise fit for your spa and deliver to you.  Most covers are ready in 2 weeks.  No hassle for you.  If your cover comes in wrong or damaged, we will take care of sending it back and getting it right.

Our covers have a hi-density foam which is recommended for our northeast climate, they all are tapered for rain and snow drain off.  We strongly recommend the 5 to 3 inch taper for better R value in insulating your hot tub.  We also can offer you a 4 to 2.5 inch tapered medium density foam.   All covers have 4 lockable tiedowns for security and 14 different colors to choose from. 

For greater durability, we also offer a Walk-on Cover.  With 4 lockable tiedowns and same 13 color choices to choose from.  The foam is fitted with 20 gauge, galvanized channeling that is counter-sunk for structural integrity. It is then wrapped in 4-mil plastic that is heat-sealed, not taped like some manufacturing processes. 

The vinyl is sewn with 16 oz, AnefilyPoly Thread, also made with UV and mildew inhibitors. The tie downs, handles and split skirt of your spa cover are all sewn with matching vinyl. Upon completion, the vinyl will be stuffed with foam.

Choose from 3 types of Covers:

Medium Density Cover 4" - 2.5" tapered foam, R-Value 17 For use in Northern climates or where children or small pets might be a concern. Tapered foam for water run-off. Still should not be sat or walked on, but will hold approximately 75 pounds per square foot of distributed weight.
High Density Cover 5" - 3" tapered foam, R-Value 19 Slightly more weight bearing than our Gold cover. Ideal for Northern climates where snow build up can not be brushed off, or if spa is located near a fence-line, eave or overhang where cover might receive excessive weather.
Walk-On Cover Aluminum Reinforced Foam, 3" flat, R-Value 21 Perfect for spas exposed to extreme weather or for in-ground spas in high traffic areas. This cover comes in two pieces that attach for easier handling and each piece holds up to 300 pounds. Our walk-on spa covers are different from our regular spa covers and have much to offer! Constructed in two separate pieces, a Velcro strap is attached to one piece while the other has Velcro hook strips to fasten both pieces together. Our walk-on spa/hot tub cover has a weight limit of 300lbs! This is great for spa owners with children or pets. The walk-on cover is protected with a 4-mil plastic covering and is heat-sealed to form a moisture barrier. All walk-on covers are also reinforced with an aluminum panel.
